It didn't feel right to be in this world. Everything that life threw at you was never anything great. For the past six months, it felt like Hell. You were failing in school, your boyfriend recently broke up with you, and people were bullying you to their satisfaction. It began to make you very, very depressed. Your friends would try your best to cheer you up, but it hardly did much. Not even your lifelong crush, Lovino Vargas, could make you happy. They wanted to just hug you and tell you "It's OK" but they knew it wouldn't do any good.
You sat on the edge of your bed, staring at the wall with crystal tears in your red, puffy eyes. You didn't know what to do; you just felt like giving up.
Not yet you wouldn't. If you gave life one more chance, maybe it would turn out better. You just had to give it a try.
You stood up and went to your mirror. In the reflection, you saw a beautiful girl with (h/l) (h/c) hair and dazzling (e/c) eyes, although they were red from crying. She had (s/c) skin that made her whole self pop out. Her name was (Name). Although the mirror reflected what you were outside, inside you were a depressed, lonely girl that didn't know what to do. You forced a smile upon your face and decided to change into some comfortable clothes.
You changed into a (f/c) t-shirt and some light but baggy (second f/c) pajama pants. You took another glance at yourself in the mirror and then slightly smiled. You did look good. But today, deep down inside you felt like jumping off Mount Everest. You just didn't understand; why was everyone suddenly treating you this way? Was it something you said? Did? Or perhaps, even made? You had no clue what was going on, but it made you feel guilty as ever. Then, your phone blasted out the ringtone for Lovino Vargas.. your crush.
You quick grabbed your phone in a hurry and answered it. "Hello?" You said with a somewhat excited tone in your voice. At least someone cared that you were actually still here today.
"Ah, ragazza, I'm glad you-a answered. Listen, do you-a have any plans for tomorrow?" Lovino said in a somewhat urgent tone.
"...No, why?" You said, tilting your head. Of course, Lovino couldn't see that. You both were talking to each other on the phone. You had to admit, his voice didn't sound like his normal self.
"I was-a thinking.. after school tomorrow.. would you-a like to come-a over?" Lovino asked. Over the line, his face was as red as one of his prize tomatoes.
"Oh, sure! I would love to!" You said, forcing a small smile on your face. It wasn't that you didn't want to go, you were just.. feeling crappy.
"Okay. What time do you-a want me to pick you-a up?"
"How about 9:00 PM?"
"Okay. I'll see you then-a." He then hung up.
You put the phone back down, plopping onto your bed. You had to fangirl into your pillow, because your lifelong crush wanted you to COME OVER!! Although you felt horribly depressed, it would be like Heaven if you came over to his house. Everything about him was amazing. His tsundere-ness, his curl, his smile, his eyes.. everything! You were afraid to confess your love to him though because if you did, he probably wouldn't love you back and your friendship would go bye-bye!
You then sighed. You would have to stop worrying and focus. Soon, you found yourself falling asleep.
-Timeskip with the cooking war: Germany VS England! xD-
You eagerly held your school textbooks to your chest as you speed-walked to your last class of the day: English. Just one more class until another day of Hell was over. Just one more class..
Unfortunately, God was going to prove you wrong. You just so happened to bump into another bully, which for your luck was a snobby girl. You resisted the urge to cringe when you looked at her. She had lipstick smeared all over her mouth and eyeshadow that was spread everywhere around her eyes. She also had a short skirt that was WAY too short and a tight shirt that was too exposing.
"Hey brat, guess what time it is? Oh, you don't even have to guess." She spat and threw you on the ground, kicking your sides and stomach with her high heels. She then punched you in the face, giving you a black eye. You felt like crawling to a corner and shriveling into nothingness. Thank the Lord that the pain was now over since the bell rang.
She then strutted down the hallway as you limped desperately towards your locker and grabbing all of your things. You then went as fast as you could for the exit from Hell to Heaven, which was home.
"Why, god dammit, why?!" You screamed to yourself as you got to your room. You threw your school things across the room, breaking into sobs for a couple minutes. Then, you noticed the knife to your right. You huffed, taking the knife and beginning to drag it across your skin. It was too scary though, so after a few seconds you put it down.
You then shriveled into a ball on your bed, crying again.
~~Timeskip to 9:00 PM~~
You were dressed in a (f/c) long-sleeve t-shirt and (second f/c) jeans, along with (f/c) tennis shoes. You sighed, not even bothering to brush your hair and went downstairs, exiting the house and locking the door. You then got into Lovino's car with a fake smile. "Hi, Lovi."
Lovino blushed but frowned. "D-don't call me-a that.." You couldn't help but actually smile for real. It was cute when he did that.
Soon enough, you both arrived to his house. You two got out of the car and into his house, which was beautiful.
"Wow, how long has it been since I came over here? It's even more beautiful then it was.." You stared in awe at everything around you.
"T-thanks.." Lovino huffed.
Silence engulfed the atmosphere until you decided to break it. "Wanna watch some TV?"
You two then sat on the couch and watched TV. Your head rested on his shoulder after a matter of minutes and he noticed this. He blushed a bit but let you rest your head there. It actually felt comforting. As you shifted into a more comfortable position, you didn't notice your sleeve roll up revealing the cut scars. Lovino did, though. "(Name.)" He said firmly.
You lifted your head up. "Yeah?"
"Why do you have-a scars?"
"Tell me, ragazza!" Lovino said.
"..It's because of the-a bullying and depression, isn't it (name)?"
You then broke out into sobs that was muffled by his shirt. "Oh Lovino.. I just don't know what to do anymore! I don't belong on this planet and everyone hates me! I don't even know if anyone would notice if I disappeare-" You were cut off by a pair of warm lips smashing against yours, which were soon pulled away.
"(Name), you do belong on this-a planet! Everyone else is just-a jealous of how amazing you-a are. If you disappeared, I would surely notice. That's because.. t-ti amo!" He blurted, his face as red as one of his tomatoes again and his curl twitching in annoyance.
You were paralyzed. "R-really? L-Lovino.. thank you.. Oh, and by the way I.. I love you too.." You said, hugging him.
Lovino blushed and hugged you back. He then pecked your forehead. "I-a promise that nobody will hurt you-a again.."
And Lovino kept his promise.
